PeerVantage
🧗 Built inside a real climbing wall

I couldn't tell if our numbers were good, or just familiar.

I've run climbing walls in Southampton for fifteen years, the last ten of them with Boulder Shack. For most of that time the business ran on half a dozen systems that didn't talk to each other: a scheduling tool built for call centres, expensive gear inspection software, and a mixture of digital and paper staff certificates that were never quite where I thought I'd left them.

I'll be honest: I have a serious aversion to admin. I've spent fifteen years chasing the slickest possible way to run a centre, and over time that became custom systems, databases and automation workflows built around Boulder Shack. They ran the place brilliantly. They were also so hand-built that they could never have shipped to anyone else.

And underneath it all sat a question none of those systems could answer. Was a slow Saturday our problem, or everyone's? Was our first aid rate normal? Nobody knew, because nobody could know.

PeerVantage began as the next version of what we already had: take what ran Boulder Shack and rebuild it properly, so any wall can use it. It's built not just for climbing centres but for UK climbing centres, because a UK Schedule isn't an American Rota and a climbing wall isn't a call centre. No investors, no outside money, and everything tested on our own floor first.

I believe it will cut a centre's costs considerably, take a real chunk of the admin away, and let owners sleep better for knowing exactly how the business is doing. And together it gives us something this industry has never had: a live picture of how we're all doing and where each of us stands, so we can adapt, grow and get better, quicker. Every wall knowing where it really stands lifts the whole industry, and that only works because of one hard promise: nobody's numbers are ever shown to anyone.

If the half-a-dozen-systems life sounded familiar, the button below is your way out. The trial is free for 30 days with every module switched on, and the relief kicks in about a week in. Go on.

I read every message.

Why it's fun on purpose: confetti, stickers, Rock Stars and all. A tool only helps if people actually want to open it, and your team already has enough software they endure.
