Six systems. One place to run your centre.
Core takes the jobs your team does on paper, in the WhatsApp group and across four browser tabs, and puts them in one place. It also gathers the customer feedback that tells you what to fix next, for one site or for a whole group.
Six modules, all included in Core.
- Control CentreOne screen for today, for everyone
- Your teamMessaging, profiles and recognition
- Customer feedbackWhat your customers actually think
- Unified inboxEvery channel in one queue
- Events calendarWhat is on, in one view
- Reporting and benchmarkingOne dashboard for the whole business
Everything below the six is included too, at no extra cost.
Control Centre. The screen your team opens first.
One screen that tells the duty manager what today looks like and what needs doing, assembled from every part of the system rather than typed up by whoever opened.
- Headlines. The day's notices, written once and seen by everyone. Ask for a confirmation and you can see who has read it and who has not, whether that is everyone, the duty managers, or three named people.
- Team responsibilities and tasks. Who is doing what today, with names on it, ticked off as it happens, and a quiet way to mark something that genuinely was not needed.
- Maintenance log. A broken hold, a dripping tap, a jammed locker: logged with a reference number you can say out loud and a history nothing can be quietly edited out of. Not a note on the back of a receipt.
- Cards from every module you own, so one screen covers the whole centre rather than the half of it you bought first.
- What the weather is doing and what is playing, because those two explain a day more often than anyone expects.
Works with
If you own Floor Walks, the morning walk lands on this screen and stays there until somebody does it. If you own the Incident Log, anything a manager needs to see surfaces here rather than waiting to be found. If you own Scheduling, today's shifts sit on the same screen as today's jobs. And a headline that needs confirming goes out as a push in the team mobile app and stays there until each person confirms it, so it reaches the people who never sit at a desk.

Your team. One place for the people who run the centre.
The WhatsApp group has to go. It exposes personal phone numbers, it keeps no record anybody can stand behind, and it has no idea who is on shift.
- Messaging. Direct messages and group chats, with membership driven automatically by job role, department and position. Nobody administers groups by hand.
- Phone numbers are never shared between staff.
- Do not disturb hours that staff set themselves, on from 22:00 to 07:00 out of the box. Pushes wait; the bell and the badges keep everything, so nothing is lost, just quieter.
- A record where it matters. Group chats are auditable by management, and for staff under 18 private chats are too. That is a safeguarding requirement and we treat it as one.
- Rockstars. Good work gets seen, scored and celebrated, colleague to colleague as well as top down. It is the part of the product people open because they want to.
- Headlines push through to the team app, so a notice reaches the people who are nowhere near a desk.
Works with
All of it lands in the team mobile app on their own phones. Scheduling puts shifts, swaps and availability in the same app, and Staff Training hangs qualifications off the same person, so there is one profile rather than four.

Customer feedback. Find out what your customers actually think.
Reviews only tell you about the extremes: the furious and the delighted. This tells you about the ordinary Tuesday, and then it tells you why it was ordinary.
- The Smile Score kiosk. An iPad by the door. Four faces, then the topic, then a poll, then an optional email if they want a reply. Seconds, not a survey.
- Polls you can change weekly, so you can ask the question you actually have this week rather than the one you wrote in January.
- Correlations. Satisfaction set against how busy it was, who was on, what the weather did and what was playing. This is where a hunch becomes a decision.
- Google reviews pulled in and answered without leaving PeerVantage.
- Every insight ends with a next step, not a number to admire.
Benchmarked
Sentiment sits against the anonymised industry range, and never appears until at least five organisations are contributing.
Works with
Benchmarking is where that industry range comes from and how it stays anonymous. And if you own Scheduling, you get the uncomfortable but useful link between thin cover and a bad Saturday.
How was today?
One tap on the way out. That's the whole ask.
Brilliant. What made it?
Your topics, set by you. These are Boulder Shack's.
Quick one: what holds should we get next?
Polls ride along whenever you have a question.
How's the temperature today?
Slide it, tap done.
Want us to get back to you?
Optional, always. A tap alone is plenty.
Thanks. See you on the wall.
The comment lands in your unified inbox; the numbers land in tonight's picture.
This week at a glance
▲ pulling aheadUnified inbox. Every conversation in one place.
A customer does not care which channel they used. Neither should your team. One queue, waiting longest first, and three honest buckets: Open, Later, Done.
- Email, social messages and review replies in one list, in the order they arrived rather than the order somebody noticed them.
- AI drafted replies you approve, in your wall's voice, so answering is a read and a click.
- Assign a conversation to a person, so nothing sits unanswered because everyone assumed somebody else had it.
- Answer a lost property question from inside the thread. Cam sits beside the conversation and can look up whether a green chalk bag turned up, without you opening another page.
Works with
The AI front desk bolt-on answers on your own website day and night, and anything it decides needs a human lands in this inbox with the whole conversation attached.
Events calendar. What is on, in one view.
Everything happening at your centre, and around it, on one calendar.
- Subscribe to any calendar that publishes a feed, including your Google and Microsoft calendars, and its events appear here.
- Add anything else that matters: school holidays, a local festival, a competition, a shutdown.
- Everyone can see what is coming without asking anyone.
Works with
If you own Scheduling, the AI reads this calendar when it drafts cover, so a busy Saturday gets staffed as a busy Saturday.

Reporting and benchmarking. One dashboard for the whole business.
One screen that answers "is the business in good shape", covering the things that usually live in four spreadsheets and one person's head.
- The overview dashboard: compliance, staff training, health and safety, and customer satisfaction, together, on one screen.
- KPI dashboards for check-ins, revenue and spend per head, read straight from the till you already use.
- Weekly predictions and advice, each ending in a clear next step rather than a chart to interpret.
- Heatmaps and catchment, so you can see where your customers actually come from, down to the postcode district.
- Industry benchmarking inside every number, not parked on a separate reporting page you never open.
Benchmarked
Aggregated, anonymised, never shown below five contributing organisations, and nobody ever sees anybody's numbers.
Works with
Benchmarking explains how a cohort is built and why five is the floor. Every bolt-on you add puts its own numbers on this dashboard too.

Saturday looks 18% busier than your last four. Worth another pair of hands from midday.
Built for groups, not bolted on afterwards.
- Every site on one screen, side by side.
- Compare site against site, and your group average against the industry.
- Compliance, training and satisfaction roll up across the whole group, and drill down to one site.
- Priced per site, with group discounts.

Not every good thing fits into six boxes.
Lost property
Every wall accumulates other people's property and nobody has ever had a system for it. Log an item in two taps at close, camera first, with a photo and where it was found.
Answer "have you found a green chalk bag?" without walking to the crate. A full record of who handed what back to whom, and a sensible disposal trail for the things nobody claims. Reports can be taken over the phone, by email, or by the chatbot at 11pm.
Document library
Every health and safety document your company has, in one place, with its next review date visible at all times. Staff read and confirm them in the team mobile app on their own phones, so you can see who has read and confirmed each one and who still needs to.
Bring the folder you already have across in an afternoon: drop the files in and each one is read for its title, its area, who is responsible and when it was last reviewed, as pre-filled answers you confirm rather than type. A published version can never be edited afterwards, so what you show an inspector is what was in force on the day.
And if you own Staff Training, a course can require its learners to read a document from here, and it tracks who has confirmed the current version rather than an older one.
Team mobile app
News, documents, messages and Rockstars in your team's pocket, with shifts, leave and training too if you own those bolt-ons, free on the App Store and Google Play.
