    Set the rules once: who can do what

    Qualifications attach to departments and to roles. Per qualification you choose warn or block. Block means the save is refused rather than flagged, and an override takes a written reason that goes on the shift's record. It works whether or not you own the training module.

    Split shifts, several roles on one person, departments, contracted and zero hours side by side. Save any week as a template, or bring one in from Deputy, Planday, RotaCloud or a hand-kept sheet by mapping the columns once.

    One tap proposes a person for every open shift, drawn only from people who pass the hard rules: no clash, no approved leave, nothing they are not qualified for. Approve, amend or reject; it all lands as a draft.
